Last night at home group we were encouraged to read an article by David Powlison titled “Peace, be still”: Learning Psalm 131 by Heart. I’ve started reading it and so far it’s been excellent. It’s pretty long though. You can check it out here:

I'm very strongly leaning towards going through one of the minor prophets, though I don't know at this time which one we shall delve into.
